Sources reported searches at the Dagestan Ministry of Health.

Security officials conducted investigative actions at the Dagestan Ministry of Health, seizing departmental documents, law enforcement sources reported.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," in October 2025, the Kirovsky District Court of Makhachkala arrested former Dagestan Health Minister Tatyana Belyaeva for two months in a case of fraud involving damages exceeding one million rubles.

Searchs were conducted at the Dagestan Ministry of Health, a law enforcement source in the republic reported today. "Documents were seized from the ministry," Interfax-Yug quoted the source as saying.

A source from another state news agency, in turn, noted that investigative actions were conducted with the head of the ministry. "Investigative agencies are working with the head of the department, Yaroslav Glazov," a TASS report stated.

Neither law enforcement agencies' press services nor representatives of the department itself have officially commented on the seizure of documents at the Dagestan Ministry of Health.

On February 10, Chernovik, citing its own sources, reported that Yaroslav Glazov could face imminent dismissal as head of the Ministry of Health. At the end of February, the minister's brother, Kirill Glazov, lost his seat in the republic's parliament: the Dagestan prosecutor's office cited both violations of anti-corruption legislation and Glazov's virtual absence from meetings, the Caucasian Knot reported.
