As reported by the "Caucasian Knot", one drone crashed in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic airport terminal, and the other near a school in the village of Shekerabad. The airport building was damaged, and two people were injured.

The condition of two people injured as a result of drone attacks carried out from Iranian territory is stable, the APA news agency reported today, citing the Ministry of Health of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
A total of four people sought medical assistance, said Sahib Abuzarov, head of the emergency medical care department at the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Hospital.
According to him, all the victims were provided with primary medical care, and their condition is stable. "Two of them were diagnosed with traumatic brain injury, and the other two with blunt trauma to the back. Each is currently being treated in the appropriate departments, and their treatment is ongoing," Report reports.
Drone strikes on the Nakhchivan Airport from the Iranian side damaged the runway. Drone debris fell on the airport runway and damaged the asphalt in several places. The airport building, including the roof and windows, was also damaged, according to photos published by APA.

Politicians demand explanations and apologies from Iran
Baku demands that Tehran clarify the incident as soon as possible, provide official explanations, and take the necessary urgent measures to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said in a conversation with his Uzbek counterpart, the ministry reports.
Azerbaijani MP Parvana Veliyeva believes that Iran should apologize, the agency reports.
According to her, Azerbaijan did not turn its territory into a testing ground for military operations against Iran and expressed condolences in connection with the death of the supreme leader of this country, but is subject to Iranian drone strikes.
"One of the priorities of Azerbaijan's foreign policy is to have normal relations with "Our relations with Iran have also been normal until today. We strongly condemn the drone strike," the MP said.
The parliamentarian emphasized that this attack is an unfriendly move against Azerbaijan. "Azerbaijan has the right and ability to respond to any attack within its borders. The other side must formally apologize and cease such actions," she said.
