The former director of the Nalchik Vodokanal is suspected of causing 1.1 million rubles in damages to the budget of the Nalchik Vodokanal, who, according to investigators, illegally awarded himself additional payments in addition to his main report.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Kabardino-Balkaria, the director amended internal documents regulating the procedure for calculating employee salaries, and then issued several orders awarding himself additional payments, as reported on March 2. Kommersant.

The city administration approved the documents, after which the director paid himself monthly bonuses on top of his base salary for a year. According to investigators, the budget losses amounted to 1.1 million rubles.
