The district prosecutor's office filed an anti-corruption lawsuit to seize the property of the former head of the Labinsk district, as well as his deputy and a former security official, in connection with corrupt activities.

The Labinsk district prosecutor's office demanded the seizure of the property of the former head of the district, his deputy, and the former head of the investigative police department in connection with land fraud.

According to the prosecutor's office, officials illegally registered agricultural land plots totaling over 1,500 hectares without public registration to a single organization headed by the deputy head of the district. The purpose of such actions is to extract illegal profits, TASS reported on February 20.

The prosecutor's office demanded that 100% of the shares in the authorized capital of the aforementioned organization, worth more than 500 million rubles, be transferred to the state. The legal entity's property and bank accounts have been frozen.

Previously, "Caucasian Knot" reported that on February 19, the Central District Court of Sochi converted assets worth 23.3 billion rubles belonging to former State Duma deputy Anatoly Voronovsky and persons associated with him, including Kuban Transport Minister Pereverzev, to the state.
