A minor in Kuban was accused of inciting terrorism.

In Krasnodar, a criminal investigation has been completed against a minor accused of committing a terrorist crime. The case was initiated based on messages in a messenger chat.

According to investigators, in June 2025, the girl posted materials inciting acts of violence and harm in her messenger channel chat.

The minor is accused of publicly calling for terrorist activity, committed via the internet. The investigation has gathered sufficient evidence, and the criminal case with the indictment has been sent to court for consideration, the press service of the Investigative Committee for Krasnodar Krai reported today on its Telegram channel.

The FSB Directorate for Krasnodar Krai carried out operational work on the criminal case, the press service clarified.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that the Lazarevsky District Court of Sochi ordered to place a 13-year-old boy in a temporary detention center for juvenile offenders for up to 30 days for preparing to commit a terrorist act on the grounds of his school. Earlier, the Rostov-on-Don Military Court found a 19-year-old Krasnodar resident guilty of justifying terrorism online. The young man was sentenced to a prison term. At the time of these publications in August 2023, the accused was still a minor.
