Drone attacks were recorded in two districts of the Rostov region.

The military shot down drones in the Millerovsky and Sholokhovsky districts. According to the governor, there are no injuries.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," on the night of February 17, drones were destroyed in the Azovsky district and in the Taganrog Bay of the Sea of ​​Azov. Rostov Region Governor Yuri Slyusar reported no injuries or damage. The Ministry of Defense reported that the military shot down 29 drones over the Sea of ​​Azov.

On the evening of February 17 and last night, drones were destroyed in the Millerovsky and Sholokhovsky districts, Yuri Slyusar reported on his Telegram channel.

"No information about casualties or damage on the ground has been received. This will be clarified," he wrote.

From 8:00 PM Moscow time to 11:00 PM Moscow time on February 17, 14 Ukrainian drones were neutralized, including two in the Rostov Region, the Ministry of Defense previously reported on its Telegram channel.

As a reminder, filming aerial attacks and their aftermath, air defense operations, and military unit locations is prohibited in the Rostov Region. The "Caucasian Knot" published a corresponding governor's decree.

In other regions of the Southern and North Caucasian Federal Districts, filming drone attacks and their aftermath is also prohibited. These prohibitions contradict the Constitution, which guarantees the inadmissibility of censorship and the freedom to seek, record, and disseminate information, lawyers pointed out.

In Rostov-on-Don on January 14, an aerial attack caused fires in homes and at an industrial facility. One person died and four, including a four-year-old child, were hospitalized with injuries. That day, the military reported shooting down 25 drones in the region.

On January 13, a woman was killed in an attack in Taganrog . Eight residential buildings, two industrial facilities, and six cars were also damaged. Authorities promised assistance to all victims.
