Doctors have ruled out a threat to the lives of those injured in the drone attack in Kuban.
Those injured in the airstrike in the Temryuk district are in moderate condition and are not in life-threatening danger, doctors reported. The fire, which started after an oil tank was struck, has spread over 2,200 square meters.
As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," an airstrike occurred last night in several municipalities in Kuban. Two people were injured and hospitalized. Damage to buildings was reported in the village of Volna in the Temryuk district, in Sochi, and in the village of Yurovka in Anapa, the governor reported.
In the village of Volna, an oil tank, warehouse, and terminals were damaged. In Sochi, a private home was damaged, with windows blown out and a heating system damaged. A boiler room was damaged in the village of Yurovka.
According to the regional Ministry of Health, patients injured in the village of Volna are continuing to receive medical care, the Kuban emergency response center reported on its Telegram channel.
"The injured are in moderate condition, and their lives are not in danger. Patients are receiving full medical care," authorities reported.
Fire suppression efforts in the village of Volna are also ongoing. "As of 10:00 a.m. on February 15, there are two fires with a total area of 2,200 square meters. 165 people and 45 pieces of equipment, including from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, are fighting the fire," the emergency response team reported.
The Anapa mayor's office reported on its Telegram channel that "UAV fragments" fell in an industrial zone in the village of Yurovka, and only the windows of an inactive boiler room were damaged.
"Minor damage was sustained to the windows of an inactive boiler room at one of the enterprises, which is not involved in the heating system for consumers. Emergency services responded quickly. There were no injuries or fires. All municipal life support systems are operating normally," the city authorities stated.
In September 2025, the Krasnodar Territory introduced a ban on disseminating information about drone attacks and their consequences, as well as on filming air defense operations, military installations, and critical infrastructure. In December 2025, the Kuban authorities introduced fines for filming aerial attacks and air defense operations. The "Caucasian Knot" has published a corresponding regional legislative assembly bill.
As a reminder, on August 3, 2025, in the Adler District of Sochi, a woman received shrapnel wounds as a result of a drone attack near an oil depot and a garage cooperative on Aviatsionnaya Street.
In July, the area around this garage cooperative also became the epicenter of a drone incident. On the night of July 24, two women were killed there, and 11 more people were injured. After the incident, garage tenants complained that they had not received compensation for their lost property. Sochi residents explained that these garages are suitable for residential use, and people live there.
