An airstrike was recorded overnight in several municipalities in Kuban, injuring two people. An oil tank, warehouse, and terminals were damaged in the Temryuk district.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM Moscow time on February 14, the military shot down 23 drones in the Krasnodar Krai. Afterwards, the mayor of Sochi reported that the city's air defense system was repelling a UAV attack.

The air attack in Krasnodar Krai was repelled from late evening and throughout the night, Governor Veniamin Kondratyev reported on his Telegram channel at 6:42 a.m. Moscow time.

They were quickly hospitalized.

According to him, there was damage in the village of Volna in the Temryuk District, in Sochi, and in the village of Yurovka in Anapa. "The most critical situation is in the village of Volna. An oil storage tank, warehouse, and terminals were damaged there. According to current information, two people were injured – they were quickly hospitalized and are receiving all necessary assistance," the publication stated.

Several fires broke out, and 126 people and 34 pieces of equipment are working to extinguish them, the official noted. "In Sochi, a private home was damaged as a result of repelling an attack – windows were blown out and the heating system was damaged. Residents will be helped to restore their property. In the village of Yurovka, a boiler room was damaged, but no fire occurred. I have ordered that the heating facility be restored to service as quickly as possible," Kondratyev wrote.

The governor did not specify the means used in the air strike. However, the Kuban task force reported on its Telegram channel that the oil tank in the village of Volna caught fire "due to falling UAV debris."

Oil refineries themselves have also been repeatedly targeted by drones. On November 29, 2025, an aerial attack caused a fire at a refinery in the village of Afipsky, forcing workers to evacuate. The fire was extinguished the same day. On September 7, 2025, equipment at the Ilsky Oil Refinery caught fire as a result of an attack. Authorities reported promptly extinguishing the fire.
