An appeal has been filed against the sentence of former Rostovvodokanal CEO Evgeny Yurkin, who was convicted of disclosing state secrets.
As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," in June, Rostovvodokanal CEO Evgeny Yurkin was detained and then arrested on suspicion of disclosing state secrets. Last November, the court sentenced him to 1.5 years in a penal colony.
The case of former CEO of Rostovvodokanal JSC Evgeny Yurkin, convicted of disclosing state secrets, has been submitted to the Third Appellate Court of General Jurisdiction, Kommersant reported on February 13.
