Arstanbek Mukhambetov Born in 1978, he worked at a fish processing plant, and in the fall of 2022 "made the decision" to go to a military operation zone. He was killed on January 19, 2026, "while performing a combat mission," the publication states.

The death of a SVO participant from the Volodarsky district was previously reported on February 4. At that time, authorities reported that Aslan Dauletov had been killed in the military operation.

The "Caucasian Knot" maintains a list of names of natives of the North Caucasus and Southern Federal Districts killed in the military operation. The list was compiled based on data officially released by government officials and law enforcement agencies, according to the "Caucasian Knot" report "Airborne Military District Statistics: Casualties Mounting in Southern Russia."

State awards, memorial plaques, and appearances on Channel One do not guarantee state support for the families of those killed, according to the "Caucasian Knot" report "Three Comrades Served: How Authorities Are Denying Benefits to Families of Killed Volunteers," which describes the stories of the slain soldiers. "The combat veteran's certificate was issued only because Vasily managed to serve in the Airborne Forces for three months under contract from the military unit in Odintsovo," a relative of one of them said.
