A new video featuring Adam Kadyrov hasn't cleared up any questions about his absence.

The son of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov had his spleen removed after a car accident and was prescribed a six-month diet excluding fatty meats, spicy, and salty foods, Mediazona reports*.
