Five residents of Ingushetia are suspected of calling for terrorism.

Five local residents have been detained in several districts of Ingushetia on suspicion of calling for terrorist activity.
The detention of the five Ingush residents was reported on February 6 by the North Caucasus Directorate of the Russian National Guard on its Telegram channel.
According to the department, they were detained by FSB officers with the assistance of Russian National Guard Special Rapid Response Unit (SOBR) fighters, who are serving as part of the Joint Group of Forces in the North Caucasus region.
It is noted that five residents of several districts have been detained on suspicion of calling for terrorist activity. Ingushetia, specifically which ones, was not specified. It was also noted that an investigation is being conducted in accordance with established legal procedures.
Previously, "Caucasian Knot" reported that on February 5, the Southern District Military Court found four Ingush residents guilty of participating in a terrorist organization, an illegal armed group, and possession of weapons and explosives, sentencing them to terms ranging from 17 to 20 years. The convicts refused to plead guilty.
