Independent candidates win elections for heads of two settlements in Volgograd Oblast

In the elections for the heads of two rural settlements in the Volgograd Region, independent candidates won, while in the remaining 24 settlements, candidates from United Russia received the majority of votes.

As reported by "Kavkazsky Uzel", municipal elections were held in the regions of southern Russia from September 12 to 14, and gubernatorial elections were also held in the Rostov Region and Krasnodar Krai.
