Picket demanding water supply held in Novorossiysk

A solitary picket was held near the Novorossiysk administration. A woman came out with a poster reading "Provide city residents with water 24/7. Stop the construction of apartment buildings and housing and communal services."

People are concerned about the unresolved problem of 24/7 water in the city and the halt in the construction of multi-story complexes, Novorossiysk LIFE reports on the VKontakte social network.

Residents of the Southern District of Novorossiysk suffer from regular water outages. Recently, city residents placed a poster reading "Houses without water" on the facade of the Aleksino residential complex on Murat Akhedzhak Street, 21 and demanded that the authorities close the city to visitors, since they cannot provide local residents with comfortable conditions. According to residents, their problems with water began practically from the very moment they moved in. And in the summer, at the height of the tourist season, the situation worsens. The management company removed the "shameful" poster from the building's façade. The MUP "Vodokanal" claims that there are no acute problems with the supply of the resource to the residential complex "Aleksino", "Nasha Gazeta Novorossiysk" reported on August 20.

This is not the first solo picket demanding that the city's residents be provided with water. For example, on May 30, a city resident went to the administration, defending her right to round-the-clock water at M. Akhedzhak, 24, reported "novorosstodayinfo" on the Instagram* network.
