A pensioner from the village of Dinskaya, who was accused of indecent acts by teenagers, does not get out of bed, investigative actions were carried out at home, reported lawyer Alexey Avanesyan. At the same time, they want to forcibly place him in an expert institution for an inpatient examination.
As "Kavkazsky Uzel" wrote, teenagers in Kuban accused a 90-year-old pensioner of indecent acts, who was relieving himself near his dacha. The man is blind in one eye and has only 10 percent vision in the other, and he insists that he did not see the teenagers on the pier 20 meters away from him. According to the lawyer, the pensioner faced pressure and threats, and investigators forced him to admit guilt. On August 5, the pensioner's relatives said that his health had deteriorated significantly amid the persecution.
Lawyer Alexei Avanesyan reported on his Telegram channel on August 29 that his client, a pensioner accused of indecent acts, had gotten worse. "Doctors have installed a catheter once again, and he practically does not get out of bed. Today, all investigative actions involving him were carried out at his place of residence," the lawyer wrote.
Avanesyan contacted a specialist in order to record "the situation at the scene of the incident, which is currently changing rapidly due to excavation work." He recalled that the investigator refused to attach the crime scene inspection report drawn up by the lawyer.
According to the expert's findings, the distance from the place where the minor who reported the crime was to the place where the pensioner was standing is 20 meters, while "the 90-year-old grandfather can see only 3-5 meters with his one still-sighted eye."
The lawyer also reported that the pensioner's preventive measure has been cancelled, and he is again a suspect, not an accused. However, they want to forcibly place him in an expert institution for an inpatient examination. "And that's 30 days. In our case, it's basically torture. Like the outpatient clinic didn't answer the questions. That means we're expecting a trial on this issue in the next few days," Avanesyan added.
