A 35-year-old resident of Magaramkent district, who opened fire in the shopping center "Etazh" in Makhachkala because another man looked at his wife, was taken to the police.

According to Gariyeva, a 35-year-old resident of the Magaramkent district was taken to the Leninsky OVD; he is charged with Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism). The Interior Ministry representative also clarified that the woman, whose gaze was the reason for the shooting, was wearing a hijab, not a niqab.
