All work at the clinic is paralyzed, - since all conclusions, cards, and referrals are issued only electronically, the work of the institution. "We have not met a single indicator. which federal projects require from us," they said in a video published by the Telegram channel "Tut Dagestan", which has 265 thousand subscribers, and called for an investigation into the supply of electricity to the medical facility.
