The Ministry of Property responded to complaints from residents of Khutnib
The settlement of Khutnib is not registered, but the review of complaints from villagers showed violations of land legislation, the Ministry of Property of Dagestan said, announcing the transfer of materials to the prosecutor's office.

The Ministry of Property will transfer materials on violations in Khutnib to the prosecutor's office, the department reported today on its Telegram channel.
Residents of the village of Khutnib filed a complaint about the illegal distribution of land within the boundaries of the village council "Rugudzhinsky" of the Gunibsky district. The Ministry of Property of Dagestan, during a preliminary inspection, established that this village council includes the villages of Rugudzha, Madala, Muchula, Unkida and Khopor. The unregistered settlement of Khutnib, according to the general plan approved in 2019, is actually located on the territory of the village of Unkida, the Ministry of Property stated.
"During the analysis of the procedure for providing land plots indicated in the appeal of residents of Khutnib, violations of land legislation were revealed. Following the review of the appeal, the department will send the materials to law enforcement agencies for response measures," the department stated.
