More than 180 Salsk residents received payments after drone attack
182 people received one-time assistance from the authorities in Salsk after the drone attack, a resident of the destroyed house was provided with an apartment.
As "Kavkazsky Uzel" wrote, on July 29, on Ostrovsky Street in Salsk, a car was damaged during a drone attack, the driver was killed. A private house on Socialisticheskaya Street was also damaged in the city. Later, the death toll increased to three people, while demining a drone in Salsk, two sappers were killed. The authorities reported that 11 private and 10 apartment buildings were damaged.
The victims of the drone attack in Salsk on July 29 received payments from the authorities, while the work to restore the damaged housing has not yet been completed, Vladimir Berezovsky, head of the Salsk district, reported on August 20.
According to the official, 182 residents received one-time payments of financial assistance of 15,675 rubles, and in total, the victims were paid 2.9 million rubles.
“The city administration provided a resident of the destroyed house on Chernyshevsky Street with a 1-room apartment in an apartment building on Novostroika Street with a payment of 156 thousand rubles in connection with the loss of essential property,” the head of the district wrote on his Telegram channel.
Work to repair the damage, according to Berezovsky, “continues as supplies from Rostov-on-Don arrive and the repair crews are able to.” So far, 112 windows out of 201 to be replaced and eight out of 12 doors have been replaced, 11 damaged roofs out of 15 and three out of six fences have been restored.
