Explosion in Dagestan
Two people have been admitted to hospital as a result of an explosion in Buinaksk, the press service of Dagestan's Internal Affairs Ministry said.
An unidentified explosive device was triggered at a private car service shop. Dagestan's law enforcement agencies qualify the occurrence as hooliganism.
