Investigator changes pre-trial restriction measure against Mozdok resident Timur Temirov

By the decision of the investigators, Timur Temirov, a resident of Mozdok, whose relatives claimed that weapons and drugs had been planted to him, was released on recognizance not to leave.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Timur Temirov, a father of five children, a resident of the city of Mozdok in North Ossetia, was detained by law enforcers on April 29. This was stated by his relatives. According to them, the police planted drugs and weapons to Timur Temirov and that fact became the reason for his arrest.

The period of his detention was to expire on June 29. However, according to the relatives of Timur Temirov, on June 16, the police investigator made a decision to change the pre-trial restriction measure for recognizance not to leave.
