Court sentences Elizaveta Tsvetkova to one year of corrective labour
The Taganrog City Court has sentenced Elizaveta Tsvetkova, a local woman, accused of inciting hatred and hostility towards policemen, to one year of corrective labour with the recovery of legal costs.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on May 16, in the course of the debates, the Deputy Prosecutor of Taganrog asked to sentence Elizaveta Tsvetkova to one year of imprisonment in a settlement-colony.
Let us remind you that according to the investigators, Elizaveta Tsvetkova downloaded to her laptop the leaflets with statements calling for "hostile acts against policemen as a social group." Then, Elizaveta Tsvetkova pasted the leaflets at public transport stations and lampposts.
Elizaveta Tsvetkova has stressed that she stood against illegal actions of policemen and reminded the court about a number of resonant cases.
