Armenian forces destroy its own drone, Azerbaijan reports

For the second time in a week, the Armenian air defence forces shot down its own unmanned airborne vehicle of type X-55. This was reported by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD).

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the parties to the Karabakh conflict regularly accuse each other of violation of ceasefire agreement, concluded on April 5.

According to officials of Baku, the X-55 drone made a reconnaissance flight in the Agdam direction and fell not far from the Armenian positions.

"This is the second enemy's X-55 drone, shot down as a result of lack of professionalism of the Armenian forces," reports the Azerbaijani MoD.

Earlier, the Nagorno-Karabakh MoD has reported an Azerbaijani drone shot down on April 7. Azerbaijan has called the information a provocation.
