Conflicting information reported about deportation of US citizen from Russia
Sergey Tabuev, an advocate of US citizen Aubrey Michelle Allen, and the Court Marshal Service for North Ossetia report the conflicting information concerning the whereabouts of the foreign citizen.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that according to the court decision, Aubrey Michelle Allen, who has arrived in North Ossetia to visit her fiancé, is to be deported from Russia for violation of the order of stay on the territory of the country, since the Mozdok District belongs to the territories with limited entry for foreign citizens. Court marshals have scheduled the deportation procedure for May 12.
"I have learned from her fiancé Alan Khachirov that she had been deported a week ago. She is definitely not in Ossetia," the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told by Sergey Tabuev, an advocate of US citizen Aubrey Michelle Allen.
Aubrey Michelle Allen is still being kept at the Centre for temporary accommodation of foreign citizens and stateless persons who are to be subjected to deportation or administrative expulsion from the Russian Federation, and the official deportation procedure is scheduled for the evening of May 11, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed by the press service of the Department for North Ossetia of the Federal Court Marshal Service (FCMS).
According to an official of the press service, the woman will be taken first to the airport of Mineralnye Vody, from where she will fly by plane to Moscow and then to her home.
