Power agents planted drugs and weapons on resident of Mozdok, his relatives assert

Law enforcers have planted a grenade and drugs on Timur Temirov, his relatives assert. Temirov himself is detained. His family has appealed to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Mozdok District of North Ossetia asking to conduct a check.

Temirov was detained on April 29 on his way home from the marketplace; on the same day, law enforcers searched his house in Mozdok, a relative of the detainee told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

According to his version, during the search power agents confiscated all valuables, money and documents. No physical pressure was exerted on Temirov, he said.

A criminal case has been opened against Timur Temirov on large-scale drug dealing; the sanction under this article provide for up to 10 years in prison.

On May 5, Gulnara Temirova, Timur’s wife filed an appeal to the prosecutor's office, asking to attract the law enforcers, involved in planting drugs and weapons on her husband, to responsibility.
