Protesters in Yerevan demand from OSCE Minsk Group to announce Azerbaijan as aggressor

To prevent re-escalation of the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, the OSCE should call the culprit of the escalation of the conflict, to apply sanctions to the countries, which are supplying weapons to Azerbaijan, and to exclude Turkey from the Minsk Group, said the participants of the youth protest action in Yerevan.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that today the Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan had a meeting with mediators of the OSCE Minsk Group for Karabakh settlement. When the co-chairs of the Minsk Group were in Yerevan, young people organized a protest action and demanded from the OSCE to intensify its efforts to settle the Karabakh conflict, and from Russia – to stop supplying weapons to Azerbaijan.

Activists also insisted that the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group should demand from their governments to publish the images of the frontline made by satellites, in order to identify the initiator of breaking the ceasefire in the conflict zone.

The demands also include the investigation of war crimes committed by Azerbaijan in recent days in the conflict zone, and the application of trade sanctions against this country.
