At trial, Permyakov's weapons were demonstrated

On April 8, at the trial of Valery Permyakov, accused of massacring the Avetisyan family, the court showed material exhibits and the video footage from the scene of the crime. The Russian party failed to ensure the presence of Permyakov's colleagues at the trial.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the advocates put forward a petition to question additional witnesses in the case, including the Russian servicemen, who are no longer on the staff of the 102nd Russian military base.

The demonstrated exhibits included the Permyakov's submachine gun, from which, according to investigators, the members of the Avetisyan family were shot dead; 26 shell casings found at the crime scene, 16 bullets, a bayonet and a belt. Besides, the prosecutor showed the military uniform, left by Permyakov, and clothes of his victims.

The court examined the video footage. The advocate Lusine Saakyan said that she was closely watching Permyakov's reaction during the screening of the video with the killed members of the Avetisyan family.

In total, the exhibits amount in 15 crates and 3 boxes, but not all of them were shown to the court, said the advocate Migran Pogosyan.
