Karabakh residents state intentional shelling of civilians

The guilt for the death of a 12-year-old resident of the village of Zoravan is on Azerbaijani servicemen, who deliver a targeted fire at civilians, said residents of the NKR.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the funeral of the 12-year-old boy, who died on April 2 in the village of Zoravan, Martuni District of the NKR, as a result of shelling, was attended by over 2000 people.

On April 2, the MoD of the NKR accused Azerbaijan of killing the boy and wounding two more children during the shelling of Karabakh defence positions in the Martuni direction.

The participants of the funeral procession have stated that Azerbaijan "should be punished for killing civilians."

Slavik Khachatryan, a resident of the village of Gishi, believes that "responsibility for the death of civilians is also on Russia and Turkey," which "support Azerbaijan and provide it with military equipment."

Residents of Stepanakert are confident that Azerbaijani servicemen "have massacred old people in the village of Talysh," writes Albert Voskanyan, a blogger of the "Caucasian Knot". Earlier, David Babayan, the press secretary of the president of the NKR, stated that during the assault on the village of Talysh by Armed Forces of Azerbaijan three villagers were killed.
