Advocate: prior to massacring Avetisyan family, Permyakov tried breaking into other houses
At the trial of the case of massacring the Avetisyan family in Gyumri, the prosecutor announced the results of the examination performed by the Russian party by using a polygraph (lie detector). Permyakov had no intention to enter the particular house of Avetisyans, said the advocate of the victims.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the trial of Valery Permyakov began in the territory of the 102nd Russian military base in Gyumri in December 2015.
The Russian party made a psycho-physiological examination by using a polygraph, which is not carried out in Armenia, said Erem Sarkisyan, the advocate of the successors of the Avetisyan family.
The examination has confirmed that Permyakov entered the Avetisyans' house and committed the murders while acting alone. He had no intent to enter particular Avetisyans' house; before that he tried to break into other houses, added the advocate.
Sarkisyan has noted that, according to the medical examination, Permyakov made targeted shots, because in all the casualties their vital organs were damaged.
Let us remind you that at the session on March 25 the information was read out that Permyakov had undergone brain imaging; as they suspected mental retardation (oligophrenia) in him, but the examination did not confirm these suspicions.
The next court session is scheduled for April 8.
