"Kommersant": power agents suspect Bashirov of shelling people in Derbent
Nariman Bashirov, suspected of preparing an explosion of the motor convoy of the MIA in Dagestan, may be involved in several other resonant crimes, the "Kommersant" newspaper writes.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that March 30, in the city of Dagestanskie Ogni, power agents detained a suspect of blowing up on March 29 a MIA's motor convoy on Federal Highway "Kavkaz" near the village of Novy Khushet. According to a law enforcement source, the detainee was a member of the "Southern" grouping of militants. Later, the name of the detainee became known – the 22-year-old Nariman Bashirov, who has been with the armed underground for five years.
The "Kommersant" reports that Bashirov, also known among militants under Arabic names Abdullah and Shabab, is suspected by power agents of committing a number of resonant crimes in Dagestan, namely, the shelling of policemen on April 8, 2014, in a wooded area between the villages of Darvag, Tabasaran District, and Gedjukh, Derbent District, where one policeman was killed and two others were wounded.
According to operative data, on June 15, 2015, Bashirov took part in the murder of Muradali Gadjiakhmedov, a secondary school teacher of the village of Djalgan, who was haymaking in military uniform. On September 15, 2015, Bashirov, according to power agents, along with two accomplices, was involved in the murder in the village of Rubas of three locals – Aminat Askerova, a fortune-teller, her husband and their guest.
According to the "Kommersant", eyewitnesses also identified Nariman Bashirov as one of those who shelled the visitors of Naryn-Kala Fortress in Derbent at night on December 30, 2015, where 11 persons were wounded and one died. According to law enforcers, this January, Nariman Bashirov took part in the murder of the 20-year-old Arsen Abasov, who worked as a private taxi driver in Dagestanskie Ogni.
