Action in memory of Nemtsov in Saint Petersburg voiced criticism of Kadyrov and Putin
The rally in memory of Boris Nemtsov gathered three thousand people in Saint Petersburg, said the organizers. At the same time, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported two thousand participants.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that today actions dated to the first anniversary of the murder of Boris Nemtsov were held in several cities of Southern Russia. A massive rally held took place in Moscow; it also voiced out criticism of the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov.
Boris Nemtsov was shot dead on February 27, 2015 in central Moscow. In connection with the murder, five natives of Chechnya and Ingushetia were detained; the figurants in the case are also Ruslan Geremeev and Ruslan Mukhudinov, officers of the Chechen battalion "Sever" (North). Relatives and supporters of Boris Nemtsov believe that the real customers of the murder have not yet been established.
In Saint Petersburg, the action voiced out the slogan "Putin and Kadyrov, get out of Russia!", said Svetlana Gannushkina, the Head of the "Civil Assistance" Committee, who attending the rally.
