Kasyanov associates attack on him with video posted by Kadyrov in Instagram
The Moscow police have launched an inquiry into the attack on Mikhail Kasyanov, Chairman of the PARNAS Party, within the administrative legislation. He himself treats the attack on him with the threats received from the head of Chechnya.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in the evening on February 9, Mikhail Kasyanov, the leader of the PARNAS Party and a former Russian Prime Minister, was attacked in a Moscow restaurant. According to the politician, ten persons threw a cake at him and pronounced threats. The attackers spoke the Chechen language, Kasyanov's supporters assert.
On February 1, Ramzan Kadyrov posted a video on his page in the Instagram, in which the image of Mikhail Kasyanov was overlapped with a filter, imitating a rifle sight. In this context, Kasyanov filed complaints against Kadyrov to the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) and the FSB.
The police are checking the attack on a man in one of Moscow's cafes in the evening on February 9, says the press service of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) for Moscow.
58-year-old Kasyanov said earlier that he had filed an application to the police station in the Moscow District "Kitai Gorod" (China Town), demanding to investigate the incident.
Kasyanov said that the attackers shouted at him: "You are enemy" and "We'll execute you!" The politician associates the attack with the video posted by Kadyrov.
