CTO legal regime cancelled in three districts of Dagestan
The counterterrorist operation (CTO) legal regime has been cancelled in the Tabasaran and Suleiman-Stalsky Districts and in some territories of the Khiv District.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on January 21, the CTO legal regime was introduced in the Tabasaran District. On December 30, the CTO legal regime was introduced within the administrative borders of the Suleiman-Stalsky District and some territories of the Khiv District.
According to an official from the operational headquarters for Dagestan, the CTO legal regime, introduced in three districts of southern Dagestan, has been cancelled this afternoon.
