Four persons detained on suspicion of preparing explosion in Rostov-on-Don
In Rostov-on-Don, power agents have detained a man and three young women, suspected of preparing an explosion. In a private house, where the operation was conducted, they found explosives and extremist literature.
The detention was carried out in a wing of a private house in the Leninsky District of Rostov-on-Don.
In the premises, where the young people lived, agents found two bundles of ellastid weighing 400 grams each. According to investigators, this explosive substance is similar to plastid; they planned to blow it up in some crowded place, the "Notepad-Rostov" reports today, noting that the suspects' laptops were confiscated from the house. The confiscated items have been sent for examination.

The materials of the check were handed over to the Investigating Committee, the "Rostovskie Vesti" news agency reports.
