In Derbent, wounded people feel better

Two persons wounded in the shelling in Derbent are transferred from the resuscitation ward to the general ward, and doctors note an improvement in the health state of all the victims.

The "Caucasian Knot" was the first edition, which reported on the armed attack on people in the area of Naryn-Kala Fortress on December 30. 12 people with gunshot wounds addressed the Derbent hospital for medical help. One of the wounded persons died.

The "Islamic State" (IS) claimed the responsibility for the shelling. According to the IS, Russian soldiers were a target of the shelling.

The improvement of the health state of the wounded people was reported by Rumina Demirova, the head physician of the Central City Hospital. According to her, the health state of the patients is estimated as stable.

Rumina Demirova has noticed that "no patients have been discharged from the hospital yet." However, according to her, "several patients may be sent home in three days."
