CTO regime cancelled in two districts of Dagestan
Today, in Dagestan, the counterterrorist operation (CTO) regime, which was introduced on November 24, has been cancelled. Power agents reported the completion of all their activities within the regime.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported, referring to power agents, that the CTO regime was introduced in the Karabudakhkent and Buynaksk Districts on November 24 "in connection with searching activities aimed at detection and liquidation of members of illegal armed formations (IAFs)." On December 1, it was reported about the killing of a suspected militant in the Buynaksk District.
The CTO regime was lifted due to the completion of all activities, the "Chernovik" reports citing a source from the republic's headquarters of the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC).
