In Volgograd, two solo pickets held in honour of Constitution Day

In Volgograd, activists Galina Tikhenko and Natalia Dorozhnova held solo pickets against violations of the Constitution, the fundamental law of the country. The picket was dated to the Constitution Day.

Galina Tikhenko brought posters with slogans reading: "Constitution of the Russian Federation is ignored, Russia is ruled by criminals!", "To keep power, dictator needs enemies and a small victorious war to unite the nation", "Terror grows stronger. If you keep silent, then tomorrow they will come after you".

Natalia Dorozhnova was holding in her hands the posters reading: "For alternativeness of power!" and "Alexei Navalny is a fighter against corruption. He protects rights of truckers against greedy Rotenberg and Co".

Policemen twice checked the picketers' passports; however, in general, the protest actions passed peacefully, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told by Galina Tikhenko.

Astrakhan also hosted a picket in honour of the Constitution Day. It was held by Igor Stenin, the leader of the nationalist movement "Astrakhan Russians".
