CTO legal regime introduced in two districts of Dagestan

Law enforcers are searching for militants in the territories of the Buynaksk and Karabudakhkent Districts, where the counterterrorist operation (CTO) legal regime has been introduced today.

According to an official from the law enforcement bodies, this morning, the CTO legal regime has been introduced in two districts of Dagestan.

"In connection with the search activities aimed at the detection and elimination of members of illegal armed formations (IAFs), the CTO legal regimes has been introduced in the territory of two municipal districts of Dagestan: the Karabudakhkent and Buynaksk Districts," the "Interfax" quotes the official from the law enforcement bodies as reporting.

An official from the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) has confirmed the introduction of the CTO legal regime in the above mentioned districts, the "Interfax" reports.

The "Caucasian Knot" has also reported that at 6:00 p.m. Moscow time of November 23, the CTO legal regime was introduced in the Tabasaran District of Dagestan.
