Ruslan Mukhudinov put on international wanted list
Investigators have put on the international wanted list Ruslan Mukhudinov, a fighter of the battalion "Sever" (North), involved in the murder of Russian politician Boris Nemtsov. On November 18, the court is to pronounce the pre-trial restriction measure to Ruslan Mukhudinov.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 6, the investigators filed charges of the Boris Nemtsov's murder against Ruslan Mukhudinov in absentia. According to advocate Vadim Prokhorov, the fighter of the battalion "Sever" was put on the federal wanted list. The advocate has also expressed the hope that in the near future, a similar charge will be filed against Ruslan Geremeev, another fighter of the battalion "Sever".
Today, a source familiar with the materials of the criminal case, has reported that "the resolution had been issued to put defendant (Mukhudinov) on the international wanted list," the "Interfax" reports.
The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed that the Basmanny District Court of Moscow is to pronounce the pre-trial restriction measure to Ruslan Mukhudinov on November 18. This was reported by Anna Fadeeva, the press secretary of the Basmanny District Court.
It should be noted that on November 2, the "Rosbalt" reported with reference to a source from the law enforcement bodies that the investigators questioned several fighters of the battalion "Sever" in Chechnya.
