In North Ossetia, policemen deny their involvement in Vladimir Tskaev's death

Policemen Atsamaz Datiev and Oleg Dzampaev, suspects in the case of the death of Vladimir Tskaev, a resident of Vladikavkaz, have denied their involvement in the crime. Both defendants claim that they performed their duties and did not do anything unlawful.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 5, the Leninsky District Court of Vladikavkaz pronounced the decision on the pre-trial restriction measure against Atsamaz Datiev and Oleg Dzampaev, detained in the case of the Vladimir Tskaev's death, and to take them into custody.

On November 5, the Leninsky District Court of Vladikavkaz considered the investigators' requests to choose the pre-trial restriction measures against Atsamaz Datiev and Oleg Dzampaev. Vissarion Dzidakhanov, an investigator from the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF), asked the judge to take into custody suspect Atsamaz Datiev as a pre-trial restriction measure. He has justified his request by the fact that the investigators had sufficient grounds to talk about his involvement in the crime.

Advocates of the suspects have announced their intention to challenge the Court's decision concerning their clients' arrests.

At the trial, relatives of Atsamaz Datiev and Oleg Dzampaev have stated that they are interested in the objective investigation into the case and are confident of the innocence of the suspects.
