North Ossetia: policemen's advocates intend to challenge arrest of their clients
The defence of policemen Atsamaz Datiev and Oleg Dzampaev, suspects in the case of the death of Vladimir Tskaev, a resident of Vladikavkaz, does not agree with the decision of the clients' arrests. The advocates have announced their intention to file appeals to the Supreme Court of North Ossetia.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 5, the Leninsky District Court pronounced the decision to take into custody Atsamaz Datiev and Oleg Dzampaev, detained in the case of the Vladimir Tskaev's death. Relatives and friends of the defendants came to the court building and demanded to conduct an objective investigation into the case.
Today, the appeal against the Court's decision to arrest Oleg Dzampaev will arrive in the Leninsky District Court of Vladikavkaz. This was reported y advocate Miroslav Kabaloev during his meeting with relatives of the police officers in front of the building of the North Ossetian Government.
The advocate believes that the Leninsky District Court pronounced a "biased decision."
According to Vladikavkaz resident Dzambolat Dzampaev, a relative of policeman Oleg Dzampaev, investigators have no fact proving that Oleg Dzampaev was involved in the Vladimir Tskaev's death.
