Polyudova's trial postponed indefinitely

After the consideration of the case of the Krasnodar activist Darya Polyudova was postponed for the second time due to the illness of her advocate, the court decided not to appoint a new date of the session until the sick leave of the advocate is over.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Polyudova was one of the organizers of the failed action "For federalization of Kuban", aimed against Russia's policy towards Ukraine. She is accused of public calls to separatism and extremism. The last session was postponed due to illness of her advocate.

The today's session also failed, as the sick leave of Andrei Sabinin, the activist's advocate, is still open. The Oktiabrsky District Court of Krasnodar was warned about it in advance, said Polyudova.

According to her story, the date of the next session has not been defined yet.
