In Novy Kurush, explosion destroys Sardarov brothers' house

Before the explosion, a woman and her children were evacuated from the house, reports the head of the village of Novy Kurush. The house belonged to the Sardarov brothers, killed in the special operation held on October 17.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 17, the counterterrorist operation (CTO) legal regime was introduced in the Khasavyurt District of Dagestan. During the special operation, law enforcers killed four men, including Rasul Sardarov and Alkhas Sardarov. The Sardarov brothers were wanted on suspicion of killing the Imam of the mosque in the village of Novy Kurush.

According to a source from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), an improvised explosive device (IED) was found in the house of the Sardarov brothers, which detonated in the course of its neutralization. According to the source, no one was injured.

The video of the explosion was posted on YouTube by user Ashot Oganesyan. The video shows how an explosive device destroyed a two-storey house. The text under the video states: "Law enforcers have destroyed a house of militants in Kurush."
