In Ingushetia, three militants killed in CTO
Three militants were killed in an armed clash in Ingushetia. The active phase of the special operation is underway, an officer of the operational headquarters in Ingushetia reports. The National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) has confirmed the information.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that today, the counterterrorist operation (CTO) regime was introduced in the town of Karabulak and a number of villages of the Nazran District. It was reported that law enforcers blocked suspected militants in two private houses in the village of Gazi-Yurt. The start of a firefight was also reported. Later, the NAC reported on the killings of two men and the arrest of other four suspects.
"The bodies of three members of the armed underground were found on the outskirts of the village of Gazi-Yurt. According to the preliminary information, they were members of the 'Nazran' criminal grouping. Four residents of Ingushetia were detained and brought to the police station for check. Law enforcers are checking them with regard to their possible involvement in aiding and abetting the above criminal grouping," stated the official spokesman of the operational headquarters for Ingushetia.
In their turn, officials from the Russian National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) have confirmed the information about the killings of three persons during the special operation.
