Resident of Dagestan accused of involvement in IAF
The case against Magomed Labazanov accused of involvement in an armed formation not stipulated by the federal law has been sent to the court.
According to investigators, in May 2014, Magomed Labazanov joined an illegal armed formation (IAF) operating in the territory of the Buynaksk and Karabudakhkent Districts. "Meanwhile, he used his VAZ-2109 car for secret transportation of the IAF members included in the wanted list and performed other tasks assigned to him by the IAF members to ensure the activities of the IAF," the Prosecutor's Office of Dagestan reports.
Magomed Labazanov is charged under Article 208 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (involvement in an armed formation not stipulated by the federal law). The criminal case has been sent for consideration on the merits to the Levashi District Court, reports the website of the Russian Prosecutor's Office for the Republic of Dagestan.
