Nagorno-Karabakh accuses Azerbaijan of 1000 ceasefire violations per week

In the period of September 13-19, the Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire about one thousand times. This was reported by the Ministry of Defence (MoD) of Nagorno-Karabakh.

"According to the operative information of the Defence Army of Nagorno-Karabakh, during this period, on the contact line, the Azerbaijani side shelled the Karabakh positions more than 16,000 times from small arms of various calibres. Besides, the Azerbaijani side used a TP-107 rocket launcher made in Turkey," the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told at the press service of the Nagorno-Karabakh MoD.

Earlier today, Azerbaijan accused Armenia of 108 shelling attacks during the day. On September 18, Azerbaijan accused Armenia of 91 shelling attacks, and on September 17 ­ of 113 shelling attacks. On September 16, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence reported 125 shelling attacks, on September ­ 101, on September 14 ­ 97, and on September 13 ­ 95 ceasefire violations on the contact line of the troops.

According to the MoD of Nagorno-Karabakh, in the period of September 6-12, the Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire regime 1200 times.
