Zyuganov is going to challenge election governor's election in Rostov Region

The intention to challenge the outcomes of the election of the governor of the Rostov Region was expressed by CPRF leader Gennady Zyuganov during the media forum "Regions of Russia". Communists have the largest claims to precinct No. 1823 of Rostov-on-Don.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 13 the Rostov Region held the election of the governor and a number of local elections.

At precinct No. 1823, an unidentified man tried to "throw in ballots into a stationary ballot-box," states the CPRF.

Today, the website of the CPRF posted a video about an attempt to throw in ballots. According to the video, the withdrawn ballots were recounted in the presence of observers. The withdrawn ballots clearly show hologram and marks of the election commission.

As of 6:30 p.m. Moscow time on September 14, the website "Map of Violations", which is run by the movement to protect voters' rights "Golos" (Vote), posted 18 messages with complaints about violations during voting in the Rostov Region. Two complaints were received from Novocherkassk, two from Novoshakhtinsk, one from the city of Shakhty, the rest of them – from Rostov-on-Don.
