Hideout with weapons found in KBR

Power agents have taken out from a hideout found in the village of Zalukokoazhe a pistol, cartridges and grenades, which had allegedly belonged to a militant killed in 2013.

The hideout was found by employees of the Zolsky ROVD (District Interior Division) and of the FSB Department for the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) near an unfinished private house in Kushkhov Street in Zalukokoazhe, says the press service of the republic's MIA.

Operative agents dug out a 200-litre metal container, in which they found a TT pistol, two F-1 grenades, over 30 rounds of 7.62 mm cartridges, and a camouflaged knapsack with military outfits and masks, the MIA's website reports.

According to operative agents, the hideout belonged to the member of an illegal armed formation (IAF), who was killed during a special operation in Zalukokoazhe in October 2013.
