Musa Ayubov's firearm found on his relative
Idris Ayubov, detained on suspicion of killing in Grozny his uncle – a deputy commander of the battalion "Sever" and his wife, became a figurant in the criminal case of murdering two people and theft of firearm.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the bodies of the deputy commander of the battalion of the Russian MIA "Sever" and his wife with gunshot wounds were found on August 27 in their room of the battalion hostel. His nephew has been detained as a suspect.
As reported by the press service of the ICRF, when inspectingA the scene of the crime, power agents found a traumatic pistol adapted for shooting with live ammunition, and eight 9 mm cartridges.
"They also established the absence of the slain officer's service firearm (a Stechkin automatic pistol) and a magazine of (9 mm) cartridges to it," says the website of the ICRF. The above pistol was found during a search of the detainee's residence.
Investigators plan to charge Ayubov and petition to the Grozny Garrison Military Court about his arrest.
According to servicemen of the "Sever", Idris Ayubov, who is officially on vacation, suddenly returned to the unit and, meeting his fellow servicemen, began asking them for cartridges for a Makarov pistol. Shortly thereafter, Ayubov went to the hostel, where shots were fired, the "Kommersant" writes.
During his detention, Idris Ayubov was in a deranged state of mind, said a law enforcement source.
