Three people detained in the Krasnodar Territory when trying to leave for Syria

A case of participation in a terrorist organization has been initiated against three natives of Northern Caucasus, detained in the Krasnodar Territory. According to investigators, they planned to go to Syria and join fighters of the "Islamic State".

The detention of a group of three persons, who intended to join the IS (earlier, the ISIL – Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, recognized in Russia as a terrorist organization – note of the "Caucasian Knot"), was reported by the FSB Department for the Krasnodar Territory. The detention was conducted by its agents on the border of the Krasnodar Territory, the "Kuban 24" reports quoting the press service of the FSB.

The "Yugopolis" adds, referring to the same source, that all the detainees are natives of the republics of Northern Caucasus.
